Today Aeralyn had her 2 month well baby check up. She now weighs 11lbs and is 22 and 1/2 inches long. She is in the 90th percentile for her weight and height, and mama is very proud. Also, she got four shots. Two in each leg, and it was extremely pitiful. I cried almost as much as she did.

I hand it to you. I have yet to have to take Kyra in for shots. Jeremy's taken her newarly every time. The one time he didn't, i recruted a neighbor to be the bad guy for me. I figured the doctors didn't want two whiny babies in their office. --Alicia
omg - why 4 shots?? at my daughter's 2mth shots, she only got 2 shots total; most of them being combined in the one needle. she's supposed to get 3 shots at her 1yr mark, however we're only opting for 2. I cried more than my daughter at every one of her shot days... I could not imagine having to try and go through her having 4!! :( :(
It was so hard to watch! And they even told me that 2 of the shots were combination shots because if they weren't she would have had to get even more than that! Aaron is avoiding the shot appointments like the plague...he almost passed out watching the nurse give me my IV in the hospital!
